Thank you for booking with Air Flight Booking. We aim to provide transparent and hassle-free cancellation and refund services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are processed as per airline rules and fare conditions.

  • Not all tickets are refundable. Some discounted or promotional fares may be non-refundable.

  • If a ticket is eligible for a refund, the refund amount will depend on the airline’s cancellation charges, fare rules, and our service fees.


2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your flight ticket:

  • You must contact us through email, phone, or the contact form.

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the airline’s policies.

  • Our service fees may apply in addition to airline charges.

  • Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the airline.


3. Cancellation by Airline

If the airline cancels or reschedules the flight:

  • You may be eligible for a full refund or free date change, depending on airline rules.

  • We will assist you in processing the refund or rebooking.


4. No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to board the flight without prior cancellation:

  • The ticket will be considered a no-show, and

  • Refund eligibility will depend entirely on the airline’s no-show policy.

  • Most no-show tickets are non-refundable.


5. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing times vary:

  • Airline to agent approval: 7–21 business days

  • Agent to customer refund: 3–10 business days after approval

In some cases, delays may occur due to airline procedures or high-volume periods.


6. Service Fees

Air Flight Booking may charge a service fee for:

  • Ticket cancellations

  • Date changes

  • Special assistance requests

These fees are separate from airline charges and are non-refundable.


7. Partially Used Tickets

Refunds for partially used tickets depend entirely on the airline’s policies. Many partially used tickets are not eligible for refunds.


8. Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during booking.
We cannot refund to alternative accounts or payment methods.


9. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your refund:

  • Please contact us directly before raising a chargeback.

  • We will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly.
